Le Canard Joli is a long history of family tradition passed down through the generations. Quentin is the repository of his grandparents' recipes and the dexterity of the other grandfather. Here, he is in contact with the ducks and geese from his farm, to the sale on the markets. That's why the shop is often closed in the morning, he is often in Périgueux, Trélissac or Saint Yrieix.
