Come on, one more lunch... and you'll have the week to eliminate! A comparable formula exists for duck cooking. Another program is dedicated to the discovery of wines, also over a weekend, it is possible to visit (with a driver) the vineyards of Saint-Emilion or Bergerac and to taste different Grand Crus in the company of an oenologist.
