This is the place to be in Rotterdam and where you should meet for breakfast, lunch or a good beer. Located in old warehouses, the place is very photogenic and attracts a motley crew of all ages and trends! We really like the relaxed atmosphere and it's nice to try the different food stalls. If you're just passing through, buy a snack at Jordy's bakery and enjoy it on the banks of the Meuse. An iconic and popular place for locals.

Here, if you close your eyes, you'll think you're in Ibiza or Bali, whichever you prefer. In any case, not in the Netherlands! Ubuntu is a superb address where you can spend an exceptional evening under the sun, savoring inspired cuisine (lots of fish). Prices are quite high, but the setting is so pleasant (and photogenic) that you'll forget about them, for one evening anyway. The beach swing is a hit with young and old alike. The place is also a furniture brand, so you can recreate the atmosphere at home by visiting the warehouse.

Superb address located on the 7th floor of the Schieblock building. The setting is incredible with a sublime rooftop with an aromatic garden. Creative atmosphere, ultra-fresh ingredients and inventive menu. One of the city's emblematic addresses. Note: it is also possible to get married there, an unforgettable day guaranteed on several levels. This is the 6th branch of a quality chain that is also present in Amsterdam and Utrecht. The eggs Benedict are delicious, as are the breakfast burrito and the bagel.

This is a very pretty address, ideally located on the Keizersgracht, a stone's throw from the center and Leidseplein. The terrace overlooking the canal is extremely pleasant in summer. Greenwoods offers a varied menu, with many vegan options and interesting breakfast and brunch formulas. The dishes are tasty and hearty, and the staff very pleasant: this is undoubtedly one of Amsterdam's best brunch addresses. The house also has a second address, a little further north on the Singel canal.

This restaurant/café is located on Delft's main square, just behind the town hall. Here you can enjoy probably one of Delft's best cappuccinos in a superb setting. The building's historic character is reflected in its raw decor, with brick walls and monumental exposed beams. Part of the restaurant is located on the second floor for quiet dining. A magnificent, photogenic setting that lends itself equally well to an evening with friends or a romantic meal. Heated terrace. A great address!

Here's an address launched as a marketing concept and which, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the mythical Mexican fruit: the avocado! You'll find it in all its forms: pokés, fries, pancakes... The Avocado Show is a veritable phenomenon: 6 restaurants of the brand have opened, even in London and Stuttgart. The reason for this success: original, excellent dishes and colorful locations. Another address, The Avocado Show To Go, offers dishes on the go right in the middle of Leidseplein, a stone's throw from the Rijksmuseum.

Excellent beer bar with a very successful raw and wooded decor. Bokaal attracts a heterogeneous fauna: young and not so young meet as much for the atmosphere as for the very successful menu with dishes that give envy. A nice address not to be missed. Inside Bokaal you will feel a bit like in an aquarium with the bay windows and the view on a lively square with a unique charm. You have no doubt understood, we love this address, its decoration, its menu, its atmosphere and its staff.

This brewery, a reference to Monninckendam, is located in a magnificent historic building just a stone's throw from the port. The monumental stone building was once the town's weigh house, trading in butter, cheese and cereals. Today, brothers Jens and Boy Bosman, from a family of local restaurateurs, run the restaurant. It's a beautiful place, neat and elegant. The extensive menu features local specialties and fresh meat and fish. A very good address!

Rotterdam invented the friterie 2.0! At Aunt Nel we celebrate fried, homemade, all with excellent spirits. Yes! The hotel also serves a bar with a pleasant terrace and it is very pleasant to enjoy various dishes on the terrace. 

Dudok, the legendary address of Rotterdam, also has a booth in the central station Rotterdam allowing to taste, upon arrival in the city, the famous apple pie. 

A quality French cuisine restaurant with a good price-quality ratio and an efficient and attentive service. Possibility to eat in the garden in summer. The three-course menu (known as the market menu) changes regularly. A superb address very well known since 1991. It is one of The Hague's most valuable assets and has been able to renew its menu and décor over the years. Fouquet cooks in tune with the seasons and is a fan of slow food. A very popular address that we appreciate very much, especially if we are short of the local cuisine.

Vessel is first and foremost a feast for the eyes, in the heart of a new district to the west of the city, in the city's old port. You may have to search a little, but the reward will be all the greater. The building is a free interpretation of the Amsterdam school style. The menu is inspired by French cuisine, with an interesting choice of meat, fish and vegan dishes. The cuisine is local, healthy and inventive. But it's the decor that will blow you away! A symphony of pastels, wood and trees, all just a stone's throw from the water.

Technically, this brasserie-restaurant is located in the neighboring municipality of Zaandam called Zaandijk, but it's all so close. The place is large and pleasant. The shaded terrace will be welcoming on hot days. The interior is more raw and trendy. The menu features beer, brewed a few meters away in the brewery of the same name. The menu is varied, with burgers featuring a wide range of meats, as well as finger food and delicious sandwiches.

This is a new address that's giving the world of sandwiches a twist in Amsterdam, and that's no mean feat. In a beautiful, often overexcited atmosphere, you choose your sandwich, energetically prepared by a brigade of young Dutch people who look like they've just come from a fashion casting. The ingredients are ultra-fresh and the bread, schiacciata, a kind of focaccia, is very crispy. The sandwiches are prepared before your very eyes with an efficiency rarely seen in the Netherlands. As you can see, Zero Zero is an address not to be missed.

Here's a restaurant that's sure to make your mouth water. With its long, warm, bar-like setting, almost saloon-like, you'll come here to enjoy excellent burgers in a cosy atmosphere. Service is friendly and efficient. We start with dishes to share - mmm, the excellent nachos! then move on to burgers, simple or mixed. Vegans won't be outdone, as the veggie version is excellent. The bread is also excellent. We also tried the Oreo smoothies and the delicious local beers.

Probably our favorite address in Zandvoort, it's unpretentious and perfect. You'll find yourself in a small house, carefully decorated with little cushions and so on. The menu focuses on organic and healthy food. It's hard to choose... crêpes, croque-monsieur, salads... Don't forget the classic sandwiches like the mozzarella gratin. We've also fallen for the amazing pink-colored bread and succulent desserts. Service is very attentive, so don't hesitate to tell them about your allergies and preferences.
