This is a new address that's giving the world of sandwiches a twist in Amsterdam, and that's no mean feat. In a beautiful, often overexcited atmosphere, you choose your sandwich, energetically prepared by a brigade of young Dutch people who look like they've just come from a fashion casting. The ingredients are ultra-fresh and the bread, schiacciata, a kind of focaccia, is very crispy. The sandwiches are prepared before your very eyes with an efficiency rarely seen in the Netherlands.
