Restaurant in the Amsterdam Noord district offering seasonal cuisine based on local products.
Take the ferry to the north bank of the IJ to reach THT. This is the site of the former Shell canteen, and the whole area has been completely redeveloped over the last 20 years to become a hype district that complements the hypercentre to perfection. The retro-design atmosphere is very successful. The concept is "shared dining", with each guest choosing two or three dishes to share as a group. Although the service isn't always top-notch, it's still a great place to spend an evening. You can continue with a film just around the corner, or even a concert.
