Fish and seafood restaurant in the Pijp district of Amsterdam.

Brut de Mer promises to bring the Côte d'Azur back to Pijp, no less! It's a seafood restaurant located on a lively square in the Pijp district. The decor is simple yet elegant, the restaurant being housed in a narrow, long building with a pretty brick wall. The menu offers a fine selection of quality oysters, which can be enjoyed alone or in groups. The public is (unfortunately) a little blinged out. A word of warning: their seafood platter is not fresh, but cooked and hot.
