Everything comes from the Ruthénois country. You will note the "Aligot" menu with Conquet sausage and for dessert, cottage cheese and chestnut cream. Salad lovers will also be delighted with particularly the Aveyronnaise which combines the north and the south of the department (sic) (with Laguiole cheese and ewe cheese perail) or the mac Aligot (and its breaded aligot pancake).
