But it's a very small flaw when you consider the attention that the waiters pay to the customers and the love that the chef transmits to his plates. At Poisson Bleu, the fish is fresh and cooked à la plancha without artifices. When we passed by, we chose a mackerel simply grilled and lemony, it was served with a peppery mashed potato and zucchini. A delight!
