Le Vieux Biclou is the cyclist's Ali Baba's cave. This association based in the Beaux-Arts district of Montpellier offers a multitude of services for cyclists: repair workshop, advice, courses to teach you how to ride in all serenity and good mechanic tips and rides!

An ideal starting point for exploring the Hérault gorges, this watersports base along the river is bordered by cliffs. With family or friends, you can spend a few hours or a whole day walking and swimming. There are five routes, ranging from 3 to 17 km, from Laroque, Saint-Bauzille de Putois or Aubanel. You'll find all the amenities you need, including shaded parking, a refreshment bar and a private beach. A special package allows you to enjoy a descent at the end of the day, with aperitif, barbecue and bivouac.

Water sports are sensational. Rando Jet adds to the latter "guaranteed laughter" and it is valid for everyone, "5 to 105 years old," and because of: flight above the sea parachute to more than 70 meters high, to enjoy an exceptional point of view on the Camargue in 3 D with guided tour of the Bay of Aigues-Mortes, flyboat, initiation and jet skiing, rodeo rodeo in tracted buoy or even more calmly paddle, everything is framed by graduate instructor and security equipment is provided, whether swimming or not. We have understood it, we have fun and the activities are numerous, mostly nautical but not that: There are quad, kart, paintball, bike tours, and even after adrenaline, bodily awakening courses with yoga, tai chi, etc.

To enjoy the most sporting river in the Mediterranean, there is nothing better than a canoe or a kayak. Grandeur Nature offers you to sail on this water in complete safety and according to your desires. The less adventurous can rent a two-seater canoe or kayak to canoe and stroll around the lake. For the others, the routes vary from 5 km to 35 km, the longest is spread over 3 days. Surrounded by instructors you will discover incredible landscapes, a charming calm but also areas with rapids, a dam with slide to cross... A beautiful walk!

Open up to outdoor sports! With Sports Nature 34, you will have the possibility to go hiking, whether you are a beginner or an experienced hiker, to explore the landscapes of Béziers. If you have never done it before, you can also try Nordic walking: several routes exist to discover the most beautiful panoramas of the region, off the beaten track. Finally, an introduction to orienteering coupled with map reading will be offered by Luc, your qualified trainer.

JLC rents boats with or without a license, of the latest generation, some of which are electric. Wakeboard, water ski and towed buoy are also available! On site, the team will show you the most beautiful places to visit and will give you a small map so that you can find your way on the city's canals and on the pond. Please note: the sunset package offers a bucolic trip accompanied by a land or sea tasting platter, with a bottle of wine.

Embark on the Mansathau, a catamaran with mixed propulsion to discover the Thau lagoon. The 55-minute guided tour will take you through the oyster beds and provide you with a variety of information: after the geographical data, the captain will retrace the history of shellfish farming and explain the current farming methods with the help of a slide show. Gourmet escapade, sunset (only in summer) or private excursion with skipper are also available.

For a dozen, Atelier Couture members design clothes while exchanging their know-how. It is this association that dresses her majesty Carnival and participants in the parade. Throughout the year you can learn to carry out dresses, jackets, pajamas, curtains, furniture coatings.

Well known to the inhabitants of Cazilhac, this association created and played in 2005 pieces inspired by contemporary authors: Words of Jacques Prévert - at the Cigalière - and Noëlle Renaude texts - at the Trioletto in Montpellier. In addition to representations, the objective of this work is to allow actors to gain access to their own knowledge, to develop their capacity for concentration, to receive and to give emotion, to work their imagination and creativity through exercises on body, voice, group dynamics, improvisation… Lessons take place on Tuesday - of a. m. to p. m., for adults and Wednesday - from a. m. to p. m., for teenagers, at Vargos Castle in Cazilhac.

The classic route, which lasts 3 to 4 hours, covers 12 km in the heart of the wilderness. Starting upstream from the village, there are no roads, villages or campsites. With short rapids suitable for beginners, you'll cross the Hérault gorges, an area accessible only on foot or by boat. Another 4 km route, starting downstream, is ideal for children. You can enjoy canoeing for as long as you like, picnicking, swimming and immersing yourself in the lush natural surroundings.

For over 30 years, this association has been canoeing the rivers of the Haut Languedoc. Tours range from 5 km to 36 km, or from 1.5 hours to 3 days (with bivouac), depending on level. Experienced paddlers can simply hire the equipment, while beginners will be accompanied by qualified, licensed professionals. Along the way, you'll discover the waterways and rapids of the Orb before your very eyes... In winter, depending on water levels, rafting is also available. You can also eat and camp on site.

Located on the plateau of the lakes, Lac de la Raviège is the result of a 35 m high dam located on the Agoût river. The 410 ha of water allows you to practice many activities. Young and old can learn to sail, windsurf and even sail on a motorboat. And, a classic feature of the waterways, pedal boats are available for hire. Around the lake other activities await the holidaymakers.... There is even a relaxation area with sauna, spa and whirlpool in the town of Nages. A very nice place!

The Marseillan-Plage karting track is approved by the DDJS, the FFSA and the Hérault prefecture for rental to all publics. With family or friends, you can participate in races, F1-type timing sessions and even mini and maxi grand prix in summer. The cars have been designed for all ages from 5 years old and even in two-seater adult-child. The place welcomes groups: works council, leisure or vacation centers, sports associations. Finally, the panoramic terrace will gladly welcome a birthday party.

Ice skating in the South of France? And why not! Here, the curious can discover 3,100 m² of ice, a picture wall, a play area, entertainment and music all year round. A place to get out and have fun, the complex is also a meeting place for many sports enthusiasts, since it has a school, offers training courses and is home to several field hockey teams. Teenagers love it, and older children can work on their balance on skates or scooters.

The 1,000 m² of the aquatic complex guarantees you great thrills. They are structured around an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lawn with trees. Behind the large bay windows, you can contemplate the five pools in the centre: a 25-metre sports pool, a recreational pool with a depth varying from 0.40 to 0.90 metres, an "adventure" pool and two pools dedicated to slides and pentagliss. If the sound volume becomes too disturbing, we advise you to go to the outdoor area and its 3 ha park.

Gaspard Brasier, a graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Paris, has opened Les Ateliers Léonard just 10 minutes from the center of Montpellier. His Faubourg-Boutonnet studio is the ideal place to start or perfect your drawing and painting skills. From art classes to comics and painting, her aim is to enable her students - from 20 months, teenagers and adults - to find pleasure and freedom in artistic creation. The program also includes lectures on art history, manga and fashion design.

This aquatic centre extends over 10,000^m2 and offers three areas for sports, leisure and wellness centred around various water-based activities. Thus, at "l'Archipel", you will be able to benefit from a swimming pool area, an aquatic leisure area and treatments with Spa and fitness area. The play area consists of numerous water games with slides, a counter-current walk, whirlpool baths, bubble beds... Courses are also offered.

The city of Sète offers you the superb Raoul-Fonquerne bathing center, well appreciated by the locals. You can enjoy the Olympic pool, the competition pool, the wave pool and the paddling pool, the slides and the solarium, but also the 3 sports halls: a weight room reserved for high level teams, a cardio fitness room available to sportsmen and women and to the general public, in free access or for group classes, and a fitness room.

An invitation to travel, this miniature golf course is one of the largest in the region with its 5,000 m² of exotic vegetation. Open very late in the season, this place offers its visitors two 18-hole courses on green carpet. With the famous Route 66 as a backdrop, California (palm trees, waterfalls, lakes and rivers) or Arizona (gold rush atmosphere, mine, western village), you can travel through the American West while having fun. It's the ideal place to get together with family or friends after a day at the beach.
