An invitation to travel, this miniature golf course is one of the largest in the region with its 5,000 m² of exotic vegetation. Open very late in the season, this place offers its visitors two 18-hole courses on green carpet. This club, created in 1977, is a growing success for its federation. It has more than 180 licensees, including more than 30 black belts. Each one is taught at its level, as Franck Filaine and Mario Autie, state graduate professors, 4 th and 5 th respectively, bring children and adults, those who practise judo in leisure and those who want to make steady progress to obtain successive belts. The premises are large and well adapted. Courses are offered Monday to Saturday in the Day for younger adults and evening for adults.

Meetings take place Monday to Friday, in the Centre Qi et Mouvement (address above) or outside on the banks of Lez, near the Hotel de Région, according to weather conditions. The dance courses take place at the Studio, 18, rue Fougues, next to the Kawa theatre.

Kung-fu was born in the th century in the famous temple of Shaolin, China. It was originally to protect their temple that monks developed this discipline. Velocity claims mobility with ease. It was born out of the Velorution movement in the fall of 2005, at a time when some motorists thought it wasn't good enough to ride a bike. Montpellier has thus joined the club of "velorutionary" cities. Velorutions are cycling events with a festive characteristics. The aim is to promote cycling, to gather and defend bicycle users, to improve the safety of cyclists and to live in more humane, more breathable cities. The association promotes citizen and ecological action. The veloruptions are held monthly, normally on the first Saturday of the month, departing from Place de la Comedy for a short bike ride, but also on a unicycle, roller skates, in tow (drawn by a bicycle)... Vélocity seeks to make cycling known through this movement, while enjoying a car-free city island in a friendly atmosphere.

The training takes place at the Saint-Jean-de-Vedas swimming pool in the evening. There are also numerous sea crossings on the whole Languedoc coast. The Club organizes the Perez Trophy every year, a friendly competition that allows the corner hunters to measure themselves in friendship!

The trail guides you through a variety of natural environments: the banks of the Orb, salt meadows, sansouïres, dunes and lagoons. Signs inform you about the natural heritage of this protected area. Located kilometres from Lamalou-les-Bains, this farm is a paradise for rainbow trout, salmon and crayfish. Luc Montalvo leaves his fish in the beautiful waters of the Upper Cantons before fishing them and presenting them to the surrounding markets. You can also catch them yourself through the landscaped fishing course. Fish farming products can be tasted on site.

Here's a great way to discover the many facets of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park. Mountain biking can be done alone or accompanied by a qualified cyclist. Several tours are available, depending on level and duration. Routes range from a stroll around Rosis to a 20 km circuit in the valley. Orienteering outings are organized for groups, and are both fun and instructive! For the more athletic cycling enthusiasts, we offer mountain bike weekends with overnight accommodation in a gîte, meals and a fireside evening.

Embracing the Caroux mountains and bordered by the clear waters of the Orb, this wooded course with its many lakes is unique in the Hérault hinterland. The 9-hole course is short (2,600 m par 35) and technical, but always pleasant to play. The clubhouse boasts a pleasant panoramic terrace that enjoys year-round sunshine. The club's restaurant, "La Parenthèse", offers excellent value for money meals. The on-site store is well-stocked with sportswear, golf equipment, etc.

With a view on the sea, this golf course is an international course of 27 holes. A driving range, 2 putting greens and 3 approach greens are also at your disposal. Rental is easy on site and you will find all the equipment in the store. There are also training courses as well as group and private lessons. When it's time to rest, the bar and the restaurant "Le Dix-Neuf" are at the disposal of the sportsmen. You can even stay at the Palmyra Golf Hotel.

This municipal equestrian centre, lost in the countryside and kept by a young and friendly team, welcomes small and large according to several formulas: lessons from horse or pony, stages courses and galops, ponies rentals, hiking. It is a cavalière of state patent that guides walks and teaches classical horse riding.

In the middle of a typically Mediterranean environment, the Saint-Thomas golf course is a real privileged space for experienced or novice golfers. The 18-hole course (designed by Patrice Lambert) criss-crosses the Biterrois scrubland over more than 6 kilometres. Don't be fooled by its apparent ease, you'll need all your clubs, all your head and a solid game to score. Throughout the year, we participate in training courses for beginners and advanced students. This golf course also has a restaurant.

The Mont Marcou path leads to the discovery of curious dry-stone constructions known as "carabelles". Specific to the region, they punctuate the Faugérois landscape. Built without cement or binders of any kind, their origins remain a mystery to this day. We do know, however, that most of them date from the ^18th and ^19th centuries. They come in all shapes and sizes, but what they have in common is the key to their equilibrium: the load-bearing vault known as the corbel.
