Since 1996, the ^7th generation of Callot has been at the helm, with the youngest of his four sons, Thierry, now managing the family business. The company is still committed to traditional winemaking in its Grand Cru terroir. It produces a range of wines divided between Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. The "Clos Jacquin" cuvée, a locality in Avize, is aged for a year on lees in wooden vats. The company also produces a 100% Avize vintage champagne called Les Avats, a fine, high-quality wine from a south-facing vineyard planted in 1951.

The estate comprises around 40 hectares of vines on six prestigious terroirs. Pressing and vinification are carried out in Avize, in keeping with the Champagne traditions inherited from the family. Here you can see the 3 riddling systems. Each year, the company produces around 300,000 bottles. Michel Gonet Brut Réserve is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from Vindey, where vines were already famous in Roman times, and from Montgueux, a chalky hillock excellent for Chardonnay. Corbon champagnes are 4 magnificent vintages: the Brut d'Autrefois, a champagne for exceptional moments; the Chardonnay 2006, a vintage Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru champagne to be served with refined dishes; Absolument Brut, the house cuvée, not dosed, to be served as an aperitif; and the Prestige cuvée, a blended champagne that allows for all kinds of combinations: fish, cheese, charcuterie... From the classic visit to the oenological escapade for novices and initiates, Agnès Corbon adapts to the visitor with a lot of pedagogy.

Christian, Yveline and Anthony share with us their job as owner-harvesters. They explain that Chardonnay reigns supreme on the Côte des Blancs and that part of the vineyard is located in the Marne Valley, where the two other Champagne grape varieties are planted. This house practices the reasoned culture, limiting the treatments for a better quality of the grapes. After blending, the wine is then aged in oak barrels resting on their lees and stirred regularly.

The family has its origins in Chouilly, from the first acre acquired more than 200 years ago to the almost 30 hectares exploited today. Brigitte, François, Rémi, Olivier or Jérôme are the ones who receive and explain the work and the cuvées: Tradition, Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut or Exigence. Michèle and Delphine welcome you in all simplicity to the Maison Cazals which was the country house of Léon Bourgeois, former President of the Council, Nobel Peace Prize winner in 1920. During the visit, which lasts about 2 hours, this pair will tell you the history of this house since its foundation in 1897. The tasting takes place in the living room or in the garden in Oger when the weather permits. You will discover Bulles de Craie, Carte Or Grand Cru, Années Folles, Rosée, Vive Grand Cru, Millésime, Rosé XV, the Chapelle du Clos and the Clos Cazals.

For three generations now, this fine domaine has been producing Grands Crus Blanc de Blancs champagnes in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Olivier and Stéphanie Waris are the fourth generation of winegrowers to have settled in Avize, a village classified as a Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs. Since 1997, they have been at the helm of their Champagne house, Champagne Waris-Hubert, which produces wines of character. These passionate growers and handlers love to share their knowledge, and offer you a tour of their house and a tasting in their cellar.Crus de caractère: Armorial, Ercanbald. Jacques Diebolt, the current manager, learned his trade from his grandfather who owned 5 hectares of vines in Cramant. 1978 marked a real turning point in the history of the estate with the construction of a vast cellar opposite the house. The numerous plots of land form a beautiful mosaic of terroirs and give birth to 6 champagnes praised by real connoisseurs and the specialized press. We have a particular fondness for the Fleur de Passion, a precious and delicate wine.

Jean-Louis Bonnaire carries on the tradition of a house founded in 1932 by Fernand Bouquemont. A 22-hectare vineyard gives birth to several wines. The brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is the very expression of the Cramant terroir at its most youthful. Our favorite is Cuvée Variance, a 100% Chardonnay champagne vinified and aged in oak barrels. An expressive nose reveals notes of vanilla and white flowers. On the palate, woody aromas are sure to delight gourmets in search of a champagne with character.

The family's 28 ha vineyard is located entirely on the Côte des Blancs in Cuis and Vertus^1er cru, Cramant, Oger and Chouilly Grand cru. More than half of the estate is planted with vines at least 40 years old. Olivier and Didier Gimonnet produce exclusively blanc de blancs champagnes, with the exception of a highly atypical Rosé de Blancs. The range is extremely varied. A must for all self-respecting lovers of great Chardonnays!

Located exclusively in Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, 95% of the vineyard is planted with Grand Cru chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. Experience and tradition, combined with state-of-the-art techniques, guarantee a high standard of quality. Produced with respect for nature, two of our wines have been a great success: Champagne Brut Réserve, a 100% chardonnay, and Cuvée Grand Bouquet 2008, an open wine with notes of citrus and frangipane. The estate's cellars are located on rue des Tarnauds and can be visited by appointment. The estate's presses, vat room and laboratory are just some of the "curiosities" that will give you an insight into the champagne-making process. Cuvée Origine, a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, is a non-vintage brut aged for 3 years on laths. At the tasting session, you can sample 2-3 champagnes. Near the winery, you'll find the Jardin des Vignes, a museographic space where you can learn about the terroir of Champagne and how the vines are cultivated.

With genuine passion, she will explain her profession and the typicality of her range. 9 hectares of HVE-certified vines have been farmed for 4 generations. We particularly enjoyed the tour, followed by a tasting, to get a feel for the craftsmanship involved. In addition to its 10 carefully crafted wines, Florence also offers 4 attractive, reasonably priced guest rooms, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

This family-run estate, now run by the^5th generation, cultivates some forty parcels (14 ha). Their status as independent winegrowers is a guarantee of quality for all wine lovers. 8 cuvées and a red coteaux-champenois are waiting to be discovered. The Joly family have also acquired an old farmhouse close to the estate, and have opened the Gîte de la Croix-Joly, which can accommodate up to 17 people. This comfortable gîte boasts an indoor swimming pool under the barn and a gym. It's sure to be a memorable stay!

Located in oeuilly, the Maison Tarlant invites you to a superb moment of discovery and pleasure. Here, a member of the family will give you a guided tour and show you his job from A to Z. To finish in beauty, it is in a very convivial atmosphere that you will be able to taste some of the wines of the range. The different vintages elaborated by Benoît and Mélanie Tarlant will certainly be a real discovery. We're particularly fond of the Rosé Zéro vintage and its coral color or the Matinale 2003 and its notes of dried flowers. Divine!

Today, the^3rd generation of winegrowers skillfully manage this beautiful 10-hectare vineyard in Mareuil, Avenay, Bergères-les-Vertus, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. We don't take you on a tour of the cellars, but we do explain the different stages in the winemaking process, using explanatory frames hung in the boutique. You will then be introduced to the House's cuvées, such as the "Grande Réserve Brut", made exclusively from cuvées of the Grand Cru de Bouzy, or the "Cuvée Edmond", a champagne commemorating the birth of the House. This family business works 3.5 hectares of grand cru vines and produces 20,000 bottles of champagne as well as the red Ambonnay champenois hillsides. Created in 1930, it is today the third generation which holds the torch and all the production is sold on the spot! We are received in the refectory of the grape pickers, then on the way for a free visit which allows to taste a wine of assembly after having seen the press which dates from the end of the XVIIIth century.

Today, the^4th generation runs this beautiful 8.5-hectare family estate. You can visit the traditional winery, the cellars and an exhibition of tools recalling the family's past. Taste the Brut Tradition, a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, and the Cuvée Henri-III, named after the king who authorized the first wine fair in 1578. The House's red Ambonnay is not to be outdone. This very fine coteaux-champenois is perfect with characterful dishes.

Strengthened by values and traditions patiently acquired over the years, Pierre Déthune and his wife Sophie develop the know-how of a long line of winegrowers. A beautiful property of 7 ha allows them to elaborate 9 different cuvées: a demi-sec, an extra-brut, a brut, a rosé, a blanc de blancs (2015), a blanc de noirs and three particular cuvées: the Prestige, the Cuvée millésimée entirely aged in oak barrels (2012), and the Cuvée à l'ancienne (2012), which rests on laths for six years. Not to mention the ratafia (pinot noir and alcohol).

In Marie-Noëlle Ledru's magnificent estate, the work in the vineyard is accomplished with rigor and passion. Upon reservation, the mistress of the house offers you the possibility to visit her cellars, to taste her wines and to ask her all the questions about champagne. Her wines are energetic and vibrant. We especially like the Assemblage Extra-Brut and the Cuvée du Goulté 2009. This is an address that wine lovers will never tire of visiting!

People come to the store to buy the original recipes for the company's products. With snails raised on site, four sizes are prepared in champagne court-bouillon or in less common preparations. A great local figure in Bouzy, Paul Louis Martin actively participated in the founding of the Bouzy cooperative. His son, Paul, helped him to dig their cellars. Today it is his daughter, Francine Martin, and his grandson, Vincent, who have taken over. The House produces a brut champagne that blends chardonnay and pinot noir, a Brut Grand Cru and also the Cuvée Vincent, a 100% chardonnay champagne. Authentic and generous wines in the image of this passionate family!

In this family, we have been winegrowers from father to son for 3 generations. The vineyard of about fifteen hectares is worked with thought and common sense (VDC and HVE level 3). The House ships more than half of its production worldwide, which shows how its success is growing. The welcome at the House is always warm and allows you to discover the century-old cellars, dug under 25 meters of chalk, with a capacity of 3 million bottles that age for a minimum of 48 months. The House also has a very beautiful residence with 5 rooms.

The Château de Pierry is an 18th century "Maison de Plaisance". It is a fascinating monument to visit, but it is also a "château" in the center of an estate, run and animated by the owner, Jean-Paul Gobillard, with 55 years of experience as a "négociant-elveur" in Champagne. For individuals, the discovery of the property is done freely with the help of an explanatory booklet and is followed by a tasting of champagne ratafia in the cellar press and museum. Since 1735, the Mandois family has owned a 40-hectare vineyard, straddling twelve crus, including Pierry, Vertus and Chouilly. At harvest time, the grapes are pressed in the Pierry cellars under the supervision of Claude Mandois. In this domain, the wine from each parcel is separated and then blended. Very good cuvées to discover, divided into Collection Classique (Brut Origine, Rosé Grande Réserve and the remarkable Brut Zéro), Collection 1735 (Blanc de Blancs 2016, Blanc de Noirs 2015), Collection unique (Cuvée Victor 2008 and 2012).

Alexandre Lenique founded Champagne Lenique in 1768. The company's vineyards are spread over various terroirs, mainly in the Vincelles, Vauciennes, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Épernay areas... planted with three Champagne grape varieties. To visit the winery, it's best to make an appointment; the tour of the estate and its facilities will then take about an hour. Cuvée Excellence is aged for three years. Founded in 1967, the company is now run by Corinne, under the watchful eye of her parents. The 4.20 ha vineyard is spread over 5 communes. All 3 grape varieties are grown, with a predominance of Meunier. Corinne has chosen to let time take its course, aging her bottles in the cellar on their lees to allow the wine to develop its full aromatic potential. We've fallen in love with the Cuvée Diapason. With its brioche nose and notes of candied fruit, it's the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, cocktails and vins d'honneur.

From generation to generation, the Chiquet family has crafted its champagnes according to ancestral fundamentals, but with a modern twist. Their wines exude natural aromas and reflect the specific characteristics of their terroirs of origin. Today, Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet ensure the continuity of the family estate while respecting the rules of the art. The range is divided into two chapters: BSA and Millésimés. Today, the 10 ha of this renowned estate are run by the Laherte brothers. Here, you'll receive a warm welcome and be taken on a tour of the vineyard and cellar before discovering one of their cuvées. This great house strives to produce bold, distinctive wines. Our favorite is the cuvée Rosée de Meunier, a truly elegant and charming wine. The cuvée Empreinte is not to be outdone, with its notes of muscaté chardonnay. The champagnes are regularly out of stock, and it's easy to see why!

The name Diogène is a direct reference to its founder Diogène Tissier. Indeed, it was he who created the estate in 1931. Since then, the vineyard has grown considerably. Today, it comprises 9 hectares planted with 60% chardonnay, 25% meunier and 15% pinot noir. To learn more about the history of the estate and the work carried out in the vineyards, a visit will be offered to suit all tastes. You'll be able to explore the cellars, the vat room and the old wine press. And don't forget their award-winning champagne rosé!

The history of this brand begins in Épernay in 1891. A certain Auguste-Eugène created the house and his grandson acquired a vineyard. The estate, today managed by Philippe Montaudon and his son Philippe, represents 45 hectares. A few steps from the cathedral, you can discover the large cellar and the cooperage workshop where the vat room is located today. The cellars extend over two floors and the vaults are carved out of the chalk! Try the Cuvée "Classe M", an exceptional wine that will make you live great moments!

This house was founded in 1869 and is now run by the Rapeneau family. The vineyard covers nearly 170 hectares planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The G.H. Martel champagne house is located a few steps from the Saint-Rémi basilica. You can visit the beautiful medieval cellars, chalk pits dug between the 4th and 15th centuries that go down to a depth of 22 meters. They are decorated with tools from the Champagne region that were used in the past to work the vines and make wine. The visit of the cellars is followed by a nice tasting.

With its 260 years of history, the Lanson House is one of the oldest in Champagne. Located not far from downtown Reims, it has become a symbol of elegance and hospitality for wine lovers around the world. Today, the Lanson style is carried by Hervé Dantan who elaborates 10 wines of an exceptional richness. A particular favorite is the "Green Label Bio" vintage, whose grapes are grown biodynamically. Au and Arnaud Billiard, a couple of wine growers, welcome you to Bacchus. Here you can visit a magnificent museum: There is a very beautiful recovery of life in the vineyard since the beginning of the 75 th century with a model of 220 m ² in which 30 figurines of cm high. But the house is also and first of all a wine estate that produces a whole range of champagnes: Cuvée Millésime Vintage 2009 Old Vines, wine Prestige Prestige 2009, vintage vintage Vintage 2002, wine Lusus Vintage 2008 White white, Cuvée Millésime Vintage 2009 Black white, vintage Olympia Vintage 2010/2011 and cuvée Aphrodite 2010/2011. The house also offers accommodation in guest rooms (5 charming, spacious rooms where Arnaud, the owner, guarantees an absolutely healthy atmosphere, devoid of any pathogenic factor in agreement with the vocation of the healer you can enjoy during your stay; on prior agreement).

Fabienne Dourdon now runs the family business, after studying business and spending ten years abroad. The estate covers 9.5 hectares in the communes of Reuil and Troissy, with traditional grape varieties. At the end of the tour, it's time for a tasting! Our favorite is the Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively with 2007 Chardonnays. Simple, fresh and tangy, you just can't get enough of it! Especially in summer with seafood.

In Nomine Terrae. Founded in 1912, this family-run company has always been ingenious and visionary. By 2031, it aims to convert 100% of its vineyards to organic farming, and is constantly looking for ways to minimize its carbon footprint. Among the 6 wines, we're sure to fall in love with the Cuvée Réserve de la Terre, an organic champagne with a relaxed expression, and the Cuvée Vinothèque 2012, a miraculous vintage. Actor Leonardo Di Caprio recently joined the company as a minority shareholder.

The creation of this family house goes back to the 17th century, with today a vineyard of 13 ha. The vineyards are located on the hillsides of Damery, Hautvillers, Fleury-la-Rivière and especially Cumières, and have been worked under integrated pest management for over 15 years. The work, plot by plot, the vinification by small batch, in the old way, and wines which age for the most part in oak barrels. At the Geoffroy's, we like to work more particularly the red grape varieties, pinot noir and pinot meunier to elaborate champagnes of a rare quality.

Today, Vincent Laval is in charge of the family business created by his father Georges in 1971. On this estate, all the vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture. The different cuvées are patiently aged for 2 to 4 years in beautiful vaulted cellars that can be visited. Special mention goes to Les Hautes Chèvres, an organic Brut Nature 2013, made from old meunier vines with very low yields. A marvel to be enjoyed with warm apple foie gras. Cheers!

Founded in 1947, Champagne H. Blin is the fruit of an alliance of winemakers who sublimate the meunier grape in a way that very few can. Located in Vincelles, their 110 ha vineyard is planted with the 3 traditional grape varieties. You're sure to enjoy some wonderful tastings and moments of pleasure at this estate, whose remarkable cuvées, wines of terroir, are divided into 3 ranges: traditional, organic and prestige. Taste their wines in the cellar, at the vinothèque, on open days or in the reception and tasting area.

This family-run business manages a 13-hectare vineyard, mainly located on the southern slopes of the Marne valley.For 4 generations, the wines have been made entirely on the estate.They are blended from the 3 Champagne grape varieties. Sylvie and Régis, the owners, always take great pleasure in helping you discover their estate. The tasting is punctuated by very interesting explanations. Our favorite is the cuvée Sublimis. A 100% Chardonnay Millésime 2017 with a bright gold color that is sumptuous on a sole.

Today, Claudie, Gérard, Fabrice, Véronique, Florent and Virginie will show you around their superb estate. Starting with the 14-hectare vineyard, mainly located in Venteuil. You'll also discover the wine press, the vat room and the traditional cellar. The tour naturally ends with a cork pop to taste the famous effervescent beverage. The comparative tasting is accompanied by pink cookies for a typically Champagne moment! Our favorite is the Carte Bleue Brut, an excellent Blanc de Noirs to be enjoyed as an aperitif!
