Sophie Laluc welcomes you to her farm. Her herd consists of about a hundred goats, Saanen which give a sweet milk and Alpines whose milk is more typical and about 70 ewes. The day starts at dawn with milking, before moving on to the production in her laboratory: fresh and mature cheeses, tomme, crottin, logs but also yoghurts and faisselle... it's enough to make you goaty! Sophie also offers dry sausages, merguez, sausages, chorizo, pies... made from goat meat and lamb and kid meat in season.
