For four generations, this family-run business has been delighting the people of Rémois with its local products: homemade andouillette, white pudding, sweetbreads, not forgetting the great speciality: home-cooked tripe. At Audinot, we remain faithful to the tripe tradition and to the know-how that has been passed down from father to son for 80 years. Today, twenty or so craftsmen offer a wide choice of local meats, quality poultry, traditional charcuterie and a catering department with a wide variety of home-made dishes.

Ce n'est plus comme avant...
Une maison qui a perdu de sa superbe... Je connais cet établissement tripier depuis les années 70 et j'en garde d'excellents souvenirs. Fidèle à l'enseigne, j'ai souvenir d'un professionnalisme remarquable, familial et d'un vrai sens de l'engagement dans ce métier d'artisan. Aujourd'hui je ne retrouve plus cet esprit, le manque de courtoisie, des vendeuses peu enclines à l'échange sur leurs produits, des connaissances très approximatives, hélas, où est passée la Maison Audinot que j'ai toujours connu !!!
