The Corbon champagne house is a family estate located in Avize, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, founded in the 1920s by Charles Corbon. Since 2006, Agnès has run the estate, maintaining a respectful viticulture, without pesticides or herbicides, and favoring traditional methods, notably without filtration or fining. We recommend the Brut d'Autrefois, a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, aged in solera, offering richness and depth. Perfect with charcuterie and mature cheeses.
