A charming wine village in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. In the vineyard of Avize, classified as a Grand Cru, the 400 winegrowers of small farms and large Champagne houses such as Moët et Chandon, Veuve Clicquot or Roederer, harvest nearly 3,500 tons of grapes each year. Its south-east exposure and its clay-limestone soils make it an ideal terroir for Chardonnay. Its vinification in the 12 km of cellars that stretch under the city allows to obtain a white champagne of great finesse, with a pastel color and citrus aromas. Visits to the cellars, walks in the heart of the vineyards and champagne tasting will be at the heart of your escapade!
