A charming village in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger is renowned for its exceptional vineyards, 430 hectares planted with 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay. Above the church of Saint-Nicolas, the grotte du Mesnil houses a veritable replica of Lourdes. It is often said that the Virgin Mary performed more tricks than miracles... In fact, it's carved out of a wine-press screw! Behind the surrounding walls, you'll see the Krug vineyards and one of Champagne's rare Clos du Mesnil. Every two years, the town also hosts the Mondial de la capsule, a not-to-be-missed event for placomusophiles.
