THE LIGHT
Read moreIts construction started in 1834 and it took three years to build this tower of 44 metres. Its electification was done before the Second World War. At sixty-seven meters above the English Channel, it lights up to 36 km at sea. 198 steps allow you to reach the top of the platform: you can enjoy a panorama stretching from Sept-îles to the east in the Virgin Island to the west, at the entrance of Aber Wrac'h, via the entrance of Morlaix bay.
KERMORVAN PENINSULA
Read moreClassified as early as 1978 at the Conservatoire du Littoral, this peninsula was spared by real estate projects. The only constructions present are elements of fortifications of different eras (some due to Vauban), the fort de l 'Illette (which does not visit and is not accessible), as well as the lighthouse of Kermorvan. The latter, up to twenty meters and square form, is connected to the mainland by a granite bridge. Its construction dates back to 1849 and its luminous reach is in the 22 miles, a forty kilometers. Automated since 1994, it is remote controlled from Brest and does not visit. The peninsula is a pleasant place to walk. A hiking trail allows you to turn around and enjoy beautiful views. On the south side, after borrowing the Croaë Bridge, you can admire the Convent harbor and its harbor. North side, a breathtaking view of the beautiful and large beach of White Sablons.

ST. YVES CHURCH
Read moreIn a classical way, the parish paddock of the Roche-Mauritius includes a calvary, a church and a ossuary. While calvary is characterized by simplicity, church and calvary are beautiful examples of the Renaissance style of the country. In the church, rebuilt in the th century on a previous building, you can only admire the jubé. With polychrome wood and made by a morlaisien sculptor, it is the centrepiece. Representing a variety of local characters, apostles and saints, with many original reasons, it is even considered one of the most beautiful of Brittany. The sand retrace moments of daily life as well as biblical scenes. Carried out by local artists, ossuary is also a fine example of the religious architecture of modern times. In the stone, carved characters such as the Ankou (the death knight) are depicted in the form of a skeleton with a false. Some inscriptions carved in Latin remind the human condition.

ECOMUSEUM OF THE MOUNTAINS OF ARREE
Read moreThe hamlet of Kerouat is a place over time. When you leave the hotel, you can quietly follow the shady and landscaped road. Little by little, by entering the buildings, we imagine the daily life of the sucker family who occupied the places for 5 generations, until 1965. The wheels of the mills rotate, the dwelling houses and the stables contain objects of everyday life (closed bed, safe, cupboards, various tools). It is a good overview of the living conditions of the occupants. Animations are the seasons such as the production workshop of bread made with the techniques of the past. The house Cornec, a few kilometres from there on the town of Saint Villé, completes the visit.

CHURCHYARD
Read moreThe churchyards are an architectural specificity of Lower Brittany. They are primarily found in rural communities. They are the testimony to the wealth of an era and the symbol of a strong religious piety. The construction of such buildings was made possible thanks to the financial support of the local population and by some wealthy merchants. Built between the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries by local craftsmen, they result from the flourishing trade of linen paintings. Several elements characterise them: the church, the ossuary, the triumphal arch, the agony and the sacristy with some additions. The whole building of Saint-Thégonnec was built in almost two centuries. Its monumental ordeal is one of the last to have been realised: it was completed in 1610. The baroque style dominates the interior of the church. One can admire its majestic pulpit carved in oak (1683). The peculiarity of the sacristy is being on double floor. The ossuary is also a remarkable building because you can almost compare it to a second church. Inside, life-size figures made of polychrome wood represent a setting in the tomb.
