The hamlet of Kerouat is a place over time. When you leave the hotel, you can quietly follow the shady and landscaped road. Little by little, by entering the buildings, we imagine the daily life of the sucker family who occupied the places for 5 generations, until 1965. The wheels of the mills rotate, the dwelling houses and the stables contain objects of everyday life (closed bed, safe, cupboards, various tools). It is a good overview of the living conditions of the occupants. Animations are the seasons such as the production workshop of bread made with the techniques of the past. The house Cornec, a few kilometres from there on the town of Saint Villé, completes the visit.

Opening from March to October. Open Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm; the weekend and public holidays from 2pm to 6pm. In summer, every day from 11am to 7pm. Adult: €4.50 (student, unemployed, disabled: €2.50). Child (from 8 to 18 years old): €2.50. Cultural passport in Finistere: €3. Children welcome. Guided tour (reservations for the pupils or groups). Shop.

J'ai pétri ma première fournée, et cuit mon premier pain au levain, ici en 1992 lors d'une animation hebdomadaire organisée à l'époque par les moulins. Un merveilleux souvenir... Pensée émue pour Jean Pierre Cloarec.
