La marina du port de Brest est un lieu très agréable pour se promener et s'arrêter prendre un verre dans l'un des nombreux cafés-restaurants.
Le point de vue sur le pont de Plougastel est superbe.
La balade s’étend de la plage du Moulin Blanc jusqu’au monument commémoratif de l'esclavage et le nouveau polder.

C'est un lieu assez animé.
Des professionnels et des amateurs de bateaux se croisent, il y'a des centaines de bateaux stationnés.
Un lieu agréable pour se promener.
Une piste piétonne est bien aménagée, avec de quoi s'assoir tout le long de la balade.
Des bars et des restaurants sont implantés tout le long.
