The hotel-restaurant is located at the exit of Ceyrat if you come by the road to Beaumont. The exterior setting, an old apple field, is very pleasant. The large glass room gives an impression of appreciable clarity. You can start your meal with plate service, sitting in the room with its batch of raw vegetables and eggs mayonnaise. Not very attractive at first sight, but the menu contains local products. Truffles are in the spotlight in a dedicated menu. It is served with a plate of cold cuts. The whole is acceptable, but without any particular mention.

This former farmhouse renovated in a family hotel is located on the D 23, between Ardes-sur-Couze and Anzat-le-Luguet, at the junction with the D 126 leading to Mazoires. You will enjoy the garden with many essences and its solar dial. A table, you eat a classic kitchen made with heart: home duck bowl, cuisses chicken frog thighs (on order), snails or stuffed mussels, shells of St. Jacques and scallops on bed warm leeks, (inescapable) auvergne, chou tender, cabbage, (too unknown), etc. Little more: The house has a well-provided address book of specialists to accompany you in your theme hikes: heritage, geology, flora…

Michelle has been eating the "pizza-junkies" in the surrounding area for years. Ideally placed at the crossroads between Clermont and Vichy, close to the Total station, if you roll the open window, you will irrémédiablement be captivated by the sweet smells of Dome Pizza. These are the best pizzas of Typical, generous and tastier, with combinations magnificently edited by Michelle "La Mich" (which took part in the best pizzaiolo championships)… Good appetite!

In addition to the well-rounded sandwiches and other snacks, the specialities of the house are well-known. Des, but also, and above all, pizzas and not any other. Everything here is homemade and quality. Moreover, the choice is wide, with about varieties proposed. Ambertoise - flavoured white cheese, raw ham, potatoes, onions - and snipe - tomatoes, potatoes, duck duck, Ambert d - did not disappoint us. Take note of the large terrace in the beautiful days.

With the Kanka Family Kebab, it's going to be next to something than not taking the time to enjoy the dishes you prepare and serve with a radiant smile. The frame is an invitation to come down, with its elegant decoration (harmonious and soothing colours, sober and high-quality furniture) and its immaculate cuisine from which the good cooking smells of the homemade meat (veal and chicken) are connected. In our view, the must be Turkish specialities - sarma, haslama and içli köfta - but we must not forget to order in advance. With its success, a second establishment opened in Clermont-Ferrand!

Since its resumption in 2012, this small hostel has been attracting locals and visitors alike. Very pleasant in summer with its shaded terrace, it is especially thanks to its small dishes that it owes its success. There is not much around Saint-Myon but fortunately the Auberge des Sources is there. Some would even argue for a more regular opening in the evening, which is to say if the place is friendly!
