Restaurant offering typical brasserie dishes.

Chez le Brasseur takes us back to an early 20th century beer factory. It is even possible to see the brewer at work on Tuesdays. The welcome is jovial, the service fast at lunchtime. The specialities include the famous flammekueches, delicious Alsatian flambé tarts with many fillings, including one with Saint-Nectaire cheese. Sauerkraut, fish and meat a la plancha and other typical brasserie dishes complete the menu. For dessert, Liège and Brussels waffles, ice cream sundaes and even watered-down snacks will delight the gourmets.

Open every day from 11am to 2am. Reservation recommended. Menus from 15,90 € to 27,70 €. Children's menu : 7,70 €. Dish of the day : 9,50 € (lunch formula : 16,90 €).
