Restaurant located at the gates of the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park and on the banks of the river Ance.
At the gates of the Regional Natural Park of Livradois Forez and along the Meeting River, this stone building houses a restaurant that has maintained quality cuisine for years. The disappointment does not exist in the mouths of the people who live in the room for the first time. Auvergne does not necessarily look at the local menu, because they know these dishes on the end of the tongue preferring the menu discovered with the cream of overstating and of roasted Saint-Jacques, the royal bream filet to squid. On our side, we opted for the local menu to appreciate the black boudin galette of apples on his salad bed, the house duck conflict and the perfect iced to the verbena of Velay and her English cream.

Nous y sommes retournés ce week-end. Nous nous sommes encore régalé un excellent rapport qualité prix.

À plusieurs reprises, nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant. Nous avons toujours été vraiment toujours été très satisfait mais particulièrement ce dimanche à l’occasion d’un anniversaire un peu spécial, nous avons été plus que gâté par le chef qui a su mettre en scène un magnifique menu, élaboré avec finesse & passion.
Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, dans tous les menus que le restaurant propose pour des produits de qualité, de la région, très bien sélectionner puis accommoder avec beaucoup de justesse .
Le service et précis sans chichis !
Avec gentillesse et courtoisie pour la clientèle que l’on c’est reconnaître afin de lui donner toute satisfaction .
