Auvergne gastronomy is showcased by the region's renowned chefs, members of the Toques d'Auvergne.
Founded in 1980, this association brings together nearly fifty Toques auvergnates. Famous chefs, award winners or new talents...: they all have in common the love of Auvergne gastronomy, its values, its land, its art of living. Through their inventiveness, they sublimate the flavors of the region and revisit its classics. Their association works to better communicate their passion, to share their discoveries, to make us rediscover the regional gastronomic heritage. On their website, they share their gourmet recipes with us. And if you wish to offer a nice table from the area, "Chèq'Toq", in the form of vouchers, can be bought and downloaded.
