Gérard Mondon left the hotel business over 30 years ago to pursue his passion for fine wines. His nephew Raphaël shares the same passion, and together they offer the finest French vineyards for sale, with a fine selection of wines and champagnes. On the spirits side, the cellar is particularly well-stocked with whiskies, but also with some very interesting old cognacs. In addition to the wide choice of references, the excellent advice and the warm welcome, there are also numerous events throughout the year.

Here, the specialty is artisanal cured meats made from Haute-Loire pork (except for the perfumed sausages, made from French pork). The store now covers 180 m² and offers a selection of products from Altiligéri and Auvergne: charcuterie (dry sausage from Auvergne IGP), local meats, cheeses (including organic artisous farm cheese from Mézenc), lentils... Several medals won at the Concours Général Agricole attest to the quality of our products. Beers, wines, liqueurs and aperitifs complete the range.

Émilie and Jérémie, two chocolate enthusiasts, offer a whole range of excellent products in their beautiful boutique. We love their chocolate assortments, including the old-fashioned praline with Piedmont hazelnuts. Sparkling praline bar presented as a snack bar. Homemade spread with flaky praline. Beggar's bars. In the heart of the village of Lavaudieu, Jocelyne Chopart excels in her field. A beekeeper by profession, she will share her passion with you through the products she offers (honeys but also various delicacies made from honey and forest fruits). She also allows you to discover her job and her collaborators within "La Maison de l'Abeille"; photos, equipment and tasting to support it. Let yourself be tempted by all these products! A wine merchant from generation to generation, Guy Marcon in turn passes on his know-how and secrets to his children. Very professional, they are not stingy with their knowledge - and they have a lot of it. The region's restaurateurs call on them to study their wine list as fervent defenders of the wines of the Languedoc and the Rhone Valley, associating typical and original wines with the various dishes of these establishments. This quality cheese factory has been in operation since 1925. It is a shop just the way we like it, simple, efficient and with a warm welcome. Here, we promote local products and especially cheese, the king of the place. Jacqueline Coulaud remains faithful to the local cheeses (Saint-Nictaire Fermier, Cantal, salers, gaperons, artisons) and to the honey from Velay, while the blue cheeses come from Gex, the PDO Roquefort from the Caves Baragnaudes... A look at the collection of cheese bells. Plates, deer, faisselles complete the atypical and authentic decor.

Homemade chocolates are well known at the round, and this is justified. This year, the shop celebrates its thirty years, and these specialties will be honoured. Salmon, an unavoidable symbol of brivadois, is black chocolate with orange, which evokes the flesh of salmon. We will also be delighted to find the chocolate of the dentellière, a chocolate praline with a caramélisée kernel, a small spindle is represented on it. Finally in summer, the Marquis's cake is unavoidable. In homage to La Fayette, it is a success that continues from year to year, mixing raspberries, tumbling down and almond cream… And as in addition to finding quality products, one is always greeted with the same kindness, how not to want to return once the opportunity presents itself. You will also find a choice of quiches, pizzas and of course the desserts. Here everything is homemade with local products: blueberries, chestnuts, red fruits of the Velay.
