Homemade chocolates are well known at the round, and this is justified. This year, the shop celebrates its thirty years, and these specialties will be honoured. Salmon, an unavoidable symbol of brivadois, is black chocolate with orange, which evokes the flesh of salmon. We will also be delighted to find the chocolate of the dentellière, a chocolate praline with a caramélisée kernel, a small spindle is represented on it. Finally in summer, the Marquis's cake is unavoidable.
