A fine patisserie offering inventive, original and tasty cakes, as well as a fine selection of chocolates.

A place to indulge in inventive and delicious pastries. Pascal has created a cookie in the image of the Way of St. James: a chocolate shortbread shell, a cookie made from AOP Puy green lentil flour, praline and 70% chocolate. His 100% pure cocoa butter chocolates are handmade. He also offers pièces montées and pastry-making courses. He is a former apprentice to the famous pastry chef Cédric Grolet.
