The Halle de Libourne, adjacent to the open-air market, is temporarily closed due to a fire on the night of September 2, 2023. Mazette Bordeaux is a caterer! As beautiful as it is good, Mazette Bordeaux delivers between Bordeaux Métropole and the Arcachon Basin. Located in AOC Médoc, not far from Lesparre, Château Grand Lacaze cultivates red wine on these 7 hectares. The grape variety is in Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot on a soil sablo-gravelly. The castle produces 40 000 bottles per year. Fermentation is made at 28-30 ° C with 2 to 4 combined per day. After a 3-week maceration, breeding takes 12 months in French oak barrels.
