BOUCHON DE BORDEAUX
Le bouchon de Bordeaux was born of the desire of Jacques Pouquet, master pastry chef and chocolatier, to promote the Aquitaine region and its products through a delicacy. To achieve this, he worked with wine, grapes and Fine de Bordeaux, combined with almonds. Véronique and Julia, his daughter and granddaughter, are now continuing this work. You'll find these hand-crafted delights in Bruges and in some of the region's delicatessens. The company also makes chocolate specialties such as ganaches in the shape of canelés and vodka guinettes.
