The Bordeaux cork was born from the desire of Jacques Pouquet, master pastry chef and chocolate maker, to promote the Aquitaine region and its products around a delicacy. He then worked the typical products of the region: wine, grapes and Fine de Bordeaux that he married with almonds. Véronique Pouquet, perpetuates the work of her father and makes you discover the artisanal manufacture of these sweet pleasures. They are all flavored with French alcohols except one. You will find them at confectioners and chocolate makers of Bordeaux.
