We'll end up with some sweet flavours: brioche lost and then found again. Be careful, the address is well known in the Rochelais and you have to book better to get a place!

Catherine Adamy, "Cathy" for the regulars - supported by her husband Sebastien - receives with the smile and all the sympathy that characterises her in his restaurant at the Minimal (close to the marina).
