A unique gourmet restaurant with a large glass roof and a seasonal cuisine and a beautiful wine list.

More than just a restaurant, it is a unique place that never ceases to amaze all those who have been frequenting it for more than 40 years. You only have to push open the doors to be fascinated by an exceptional setting, this large 10-metre high glass roof made in the workshops of Gustave Eiffel and adorned with his immense yucca. The ground floor is ideal for families who will sit around pretty round tables while the first floor, more intimate, will delight lovers. In the kitchen, chef Sylvain Proust prepares authentic dishes. He magnifies the local products preparing colourful and richly flavoured plates.

Open all year round. From Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime from 12h to 14h and in the evening from 19h30 to 22h; Sunday lunchtime from 12h to 14h. Reservation recommended. Single menu at 39 € (starter/main course or main course/dessert: 28 €). Groups welcome. Terrace.

Restaurant Les 4 Sergents -restaurants Rochelle (La) 17000 Charente-Maritime C'est au mois d'août 1975 que le Restaurant Les 4 Sergents est né dans cette demeure bourgeoise du XIXème siècle. Les poutres de la Verrière ont été fondues dans les usines métallurgiques de Reims, tout comme celles qui composent la structure de la Statue de la Liberté. Dans ce jardin d'hiver avec mezzanine, Patrick Gilbert a dirigé pendant plus de 30 années sa fidèle équipe pour votre plus grand plaisir. Depuis maintenant 13 ans, Julien, le fils de la maison, collabore au maintien de la réputation et enrichit la cave des meilleurs crus en dénichant passionnément pour nous de magnifiques vins. Aujourd'hui, avec la même équipe, Julien continue l'aventure.
