On the heights of Châtelaillon, the Gaya restaurant is part of the "La Grande Terrasse - Hôtels & Spas La Rochelle Châtelaillon" complex. In the kitchen, the menu is created by one of France's most renowned chefs: Pierre Gagnaire. The setting is magical. The hardest part will certainly be choosing your seat: either in the magnificent, luminous dining room overlooking the ocean, or on the terrace. Chef Gagnaire's cuisine is based on seasonal ocean produce.
