Château Vieux Robin is a lovely family estate located in the heart of the legendary Médoc, in Bégadan. With its 20 hectares of vines, it offers a variety of activities throughout the year. By appointment, you can enjoy guided tours and commented tastings, as well as tastings of their "Blanc" and "Rouge" cuvées. The château also has child-friendly guest rooms. From 9am to 12pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm.

This family estate, "creating fine wines since 1794" as it likes to say, has Château Dauphiné-Rondillon as its main label. Located 40 km from Bordeaux, the vineyard covers 60 hectares in the Loupiac, Graves, Premières-Côtes-de-Bordeaux and Bordeaux appellations. The Darriet family has developed an interesting range of wines, each the expression of a specific terroir, supported by scrupulous winemaking.

Château Bellegrave is a winery well worth a visit. With its rich history and exceptional terroir, it offers visitors a unique experience. The château offers guided tours to discover its history and winemaking techniques. Wine lovers can also sample the wines produced on site.

Château de Camensac is a winery located on the Route de Saint-Julien in Saint-Laurent-Médoc. It offers a wide range of wines, including La Closerie de Camensac and Château de Camensac. The Château de Corbiac is a very ancient vineyard of 16.5 ha, perched on the ridge of the hillside of Péchalarming. Born in a family related to Cyrano de Bergerac, Antoine de Corbiac joined her mother Theresa on the exploitation. It represents the seventeenth generation on the field. This graduate in economic science and a third cycle in economic intelligence, has worked abroad in the distribution of wines and spirits and then in the new information technologies. In the field it combines qualitative know-how with a reasonable wine growing and traditional winemaking. It produces wines that are highly valued and award-winning by professionals and highly appreciated by lovers of sinking. 

Château d'Issan is a wine estate located in Cantenac, Gironde. Classified as the third Grand Cru in the official Bordeaux wine classification of 1855, it produces wines under the Margaux appellation. The estate is remarkable for both the beauty of its château and the richness of its terroir. Visitors can explore the estate and discover its prestigious past, handed down from generation to generation. Château d'Issan is run by a passionate team who apply authentic methods and approaches to produce wines of excellence.

This renowned vineyard offers tours and tastings of its quality wines. Please note that access to the site may be subject to age restrictions, and visitors may be asked to confirm that they are at least 21 years old.

With almost 100 ha of vineyards, the site, planted on the water's edge, is an idyllic refuge for fauna, flora and human activities. Just look at the site's emblem - the peacock - and you can imagine the nobility of the family who lived here. Wine and culture tours (1h30) reveal the history of the estate, its secrets and ancestral know-how. Today, the château is committed to sustainable development. Certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale", it is also one of the oldest noble houses in the Médoc.

Château Couhins is a winery located in Villenave-d'Ornon. However, please note that opening times are subject to change. Château Couhins is also known for its commitment to biodiversity and the cultivation of saffron in its vineyards.

Château Coutet, located in the town of Barsac, is a wine estate steeped in history. Originally a fortress in the 13th century, the château still retains traces of its medieval construction, notably with its crenellated square tower. Over the centuries, the estate has evolved to become one of the first vineyards in the Sauternes appellation. In 1787, Thomas Jefferson, third President of the United States, even described Château Coutet as "the best Sauternes in Barsac". In the 19th century, the estate passed into the hands of the Lur-Saluces family, who also owned the famous Châteaux d'Yquem and de Fargues. In 1855, at the time of the classification ordered by Napoleon III, Château Coutet was officially recognized as one of the Premiers Grands Crus of Sauternes and Barsac. Since 1977, the Baly family has owned the estate and undertaken a renewal of the vineyard and farm buildings. In 2010, Château Coutet launched its first vintage of Opalie, a great dry white wine. In 2017, Château Coutet 2014 was ranked third in the Top 100 wines worldwide published by Wine Spectator magazine.

This estate, run by Peio Espil, the appellation's first independent winegrower, is a sure bet with around 10 hectares of organically grown grapes, 7 hectares of red and 3 of white. All grown on the clay-limestone slopes above the village. A rosé, a white and 2 red wines are produced. Cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and tannat make up the rosé and red wines, while petit manseng and petit courbu make up the estate's white wines. Tasting is a privileged moment when the winemaker speaks with passion about his craft.

Listed as a Monument Historique, the Chartreuse du Château de Cérons welcomes visitors all year round. Comprising 26 hectares of vines on the Graves plateau with its limestone subsoil, the estate produces 3-color wines in one of Bordeaux's most confidential appellations. Caroline and Xavier Perromat invite you to discover the secrets of their terroir in this superb ^17th-century building. You can extend your visit with a picnic in the park, a meal in the rotisserie, or a winegrower's siesta...

Lescaneaut is first and foremost the name of this ^18th-century family home overlooking the Dordogne. It's also, and above all, the vineyard, the land and the name of the wines born there. The sixth generation of winemakers to take over the 6.5-hectare estate, Malika and Pascal converted to organic farming in 2008. Their vintages were certified organic (Ecocert) in 2012. Since 2017, Lescaneaut has received "High Environmental Value" certification. The wines of Lescaneaut are wines for laying down, gourmet, typical of the terroir.

Matthieu's distillery produces gin and whisky. And not just any range: single malt with top-of-the-range gin, fresh, elegant, with a subtle taste of alcohol, ideal for gin and tonics and other cocktails. And whisky too. Ingredients for the gin, such as juniper berries and citrus fruits, are picked in the Basque Country. As for whisky, the barley is harvested in the Orthez region of Béarn, while Guiche's forthcoming organic production is awaited. These nectars can be found in fine delicatessens and cellars throughout the region and beyond.

Topa cider ("the encounter" in Basque) is an exceptional beverage. With a long history in the Basque country, it has been making a name for itself over the past 6 years thanks to the tenacity of 2 friends, Pascal and Grégoire, the founders of this artisanal nugget located in Bidart. Topa cider, which can be found on fine tables, in wine shops and delicatessens, is made from over 12 varieties of apples grown in the orchards of the Basque country. Its fruity, aromatic character comes from 4 months of natural fermentation at low temperature. Numerous awards!

François, expert and inevitably epicurean, enthusiastically^introduces you to the 700 references of wines, spirits, beers and champagnes from France and around the world in his temple. Fine selections with a sensitive approach, reflecting the terroirs and talent of the winemakers. There's also a wine bar for after-work or a fun break, and discovery workshops all year round to share with friends over tapas, charcuterie boards and homemade sweets. Two young brewers have launched this craft brewery, the only one in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. Member of the Independent Winegrowers Union, this 26 hectare estate is located at the crossroads of 3 appellations: Buzet, Côtes de Gascogne and Armagnac. Resolutely turned towards the principles of sustainable agriculture, Pascal Pralong offers on his estate two red wines awarded at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris and rewarded by a gold medal in 2020 for the 2018 vintage. The château also offers rosé, Floc de Gascogne and Armagnac in VSOP (5 years of ageing minimum) or aged (10 years) versions for the informed tasters.

In Eysines, Le Comptoir du rhum is THE rum specialist, with over 1,300 references of rums from the West Indies and around the world! In this cavern full of treasures, you'll find a 100% rum cellar with punches, rhums arrangés, white rums, aged rums, and collector's bottles with over a hundred exceptional rums. At the end of June, the Salon du Rhum is an opportunity for Sandy to put on a variety of events, including arm-wrestling and domino contests. In December, he organizes a "Chantez Noël" evening featuring Christmas carols, food and drink.

Since 2006,Etxeko Bob's Beer has been a craft brewery in the heart of the Basque Country, where passionate brewers have been crafting beers of character using the finest natural ingredients and meticulous brewing processes for over 17 years. These beers contain only barley and wheat malts, hops, mountain spring water and yeast. The brewery's name was chosen by Bob, an Englishman and Basque by adoption. Try the classics: blonde, white, IPA, amber, brown; as well as limited edition creations!

The Basque Country is famous for Kupela (barrel in Basque), one of the region's leading names in artisanal ciders and apple juice. Its cider is produced in Astigarraga at the Etxeberria artisanal cider mill. Made from apples grown in the Basque country, it is less acidic than some Basque ciders. Slightly effervescent and fruity, it retains a certain bitterness reminiscent of Breton cider. With its pronounced aromas of fresh apples, Sagardoa Kupela pays tribute to Basque gastronomy. Did you know that this address was home to the first Armagnathèque in France, also called the Cave à Mimie? Taking with her the name Armagnathèque, which she registered, and her precious bottles, Myriam sold the business to Hubert Moulet. And this is how the Cave en Gascogne was born. We already knew the Artnoa in Biarritz, and now its young instigator with confirmed talent and intact dynamism has decided to invest in Anglet. In a slightly different way but in the same spirit. At the confluence of the Isle and Dordogne rivers, Fronsac is a quality wine-growing area. The vineyard is said to be the first historic vineyard in the Bordeaux region. Cardinal de Richelieu set his sights on it in 1632. Barely a century later, his great-nephew and godson of Louis XIV lived at the château. Imprisoned in the Bastille for his libertine gallantries, he introduced Fronsac wine to the court of Versailles. Its medicinal properties earned it the name "Richelieu's herbal tea". The story will be told during a visit to the château.

In 1993, the Briau brothers opened their cellar on a simple principle: quality, advice and service at the best price. Since 2013, it belongs to the family of François-Xavier Borie (owner of Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste) and has evolved by increasing its offer of wines, champagnes and spirits but keeping the concept of its founders. It offers very attractive prices, especially on the entry-level wines, and a cellar is equipped for champagnes and grands crus. Fabien Bouchereau, the founder, is passionate about wine, history and gastronomy. For more than a decade, he has been unearthing numerous old bottles, especially in private cellars. In his "Clos", he wanted to make the pleasure of a great wine ready to drink accessible to amateurs and epicureans. Over 100 m², he has more than 2,500 references, featuring a wide range of old vintages at low prices, great names, wines from well-known and renowned winegrowers, but also from talented new winegrowers. On the famous territory of Saint-Estèphe, it is a castle, Phrav Ségur. After having belonged to the Gardnier family for over 30 years, the estate went into other hands. In January 2018, Philippe Van de Vyvere, a great wine lover, realized his dream by resuming this famous vineyard. The vineyards spread over 70 hectares of merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Wines are raised in both stainless and oak tanks to adapt to different vintages. The castle Phrav Ségur enjoys a splendid view of the Gironde, a reference and is one of the most beautiful areas to visit in the heart of the Medoc. Nine generations passionate about wine-growing in Côtes-de-Duras! In 1952, Georges Bireaud bought the Domaine du Vieux Bourg, and since then, his descendants have patiently worked to develop this vineyard of 50 ha, planted with the best red and white grape varieties. Vincent Bireaud presents fleshy red wines, round, of a beautiful colour and suitable for ageing. The dry, delicate and fruity whites like fish and seafood. The mellow whites, richer, with foie gras, desserts or even as an aperitif. The rosés, fresh and pleasant, are summer wines. The winery occupies the site of a chapel once dedicated to Saint Anne, while the ruins of the castle are still visible. Today Vincent continues the family business and also owns 30 ha of fruit trees for the production of prune d'ente and the elaboration of the famous Agen prune.

On the road to Beychevelle, the impressive tower of the Tower La Tour Carnet rises in the axis of a monumental grid. If the walls of this veritable feudal castle were to speak, they would have brought us a history laden with history. It is the third generation of winegrowers who have taken over this property from 53 hectares, including 41 hectares of white vines. The range of wines offered by Marc Gouy includes red, rosé and dry Bergerac and a speciality, Monbazillac, from the south-south-west-facing clay-limestone slopes. The winemaking and vinification are carried out according to traditional methods, while employing some modern techniques.

Located in Blanquefort, near Bordeaux, Château CASTEL is a must for wine lovers. The château offers guided tours of its vineyards and cellars, allowing visitors to discover the wine production process and taste the different grape varieties.

There are several reasons to stop at Château Fonbadet on the Médoc wine route. The 20 hectare property benefits from a traditional Médoc grape variety. It is located on Saint-Lambert, surrounded by the greatest classified growths of the Pauillac appellation, produces a quality Cru Bourgeois, the setting is magnificent and Pascale Peyronie's welcome is very pleasant. She shares with us her passion for the vine passed down by her father: traditional methods with manual harvesting, where each step is perfectly controlled to maintain a quality wine. After an explanation of the winemaking process and a visit to the barrel cellar, a tasting of different vintages is offered. The official classification of the Crus Bourgeois of June 2003 places Château Fonbadet among the Crus Bourgeois Supérieurs.All the wines are powerful reds with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot and a complement of 5% Petit Verdot and Malbec.

An old barn in Béarn, which had housed the castle's riders in the 19th century, has found a new vocation since the products of the vine have appeared here for a handful of years. Once on this vineyard property, which disappeared in the 1990s, the owners decided to rent old parcels of vines, almost everywhere in the region they worked in the former henhouse... In 2007, the latter proved too small to receive the 170 hl of production, so it was the barn that took over and transformed into a cellar, where the wine was produced according to traditional methods: no air conditioning, no huge tanks equipped with temperature regulation but only small tanks, 225-litre Bordeaux and Burgundian barrels of 228 litres and 600-litre half nights. From here come out local wines, Comté Tolosan and vins de pays des Pyrénées-Atlantiques, 12 different wines with a production of 25 000 to 30 000 bottles, 90% of which are sold on the estate. A real challenge on 100 m².

Ideally located in the commercial area, near the Metropolis Bowling, Cervoiserie de Sainte-Eulalie welcomes you all week long in a friendly atmosphere. The Comptoir des Vignes, a wine specialty store of the "Elidis Pays Basque et Landes" establishment, has become part of the gastronomic landscape of the region. It offers you an extraordinary collection of wines from different regions. 750 references of wines, from the top of the range with exceptional wines to wines at low prices, including more than 70 references of whiskies, 30 in rums, 20 in gins, and a very nice range of champagnes and spirits, with a special emphasis on Spanish wines... As in Le Bugue, Sarlat or Paris, Julien de Savignac offers Périgueux a selection of the best Bergerac wines: château de Tiregand, château de la Jaubertie, château la Tour des Gendres, etc. Of course, the other great vineyards have their place there without forgetting that Julien de Savignac is also the owner of Clos l'Envège in Monbazillac. Imagine for a moment that you are going to brew your own beer! It's entirely possible thanks to Marine, a woman from the Landes, who opened this friendly brewing workshop in the centre of Bordeaux. The equipment is efficient, the ingredients are of high quality and the advice is professional. You first choose your beer (white, lager, brown or amber), you go through the different stages of brewing and four weeks later you leave with 12 50 cl bottles of your own beer. A family property dating back to 1776, the Castle Les Grands Thibauds is located on the municipality of Saint Laurent d'Arce. With an area of 25 hectares, the vines are divided into three designations: Bordeaux, Côtes de Bourg and Blaye coast of Bordeaux. Owned by Daniel and Monique Plantey. She has been recaptured by their son Patrice Plantey and her wife Pascale since 2013. They welcome you 7 days a week throughout the year without appointment. You can enjoy their wines free of charge and send their bottles throughout France via the castle's online shop. A welcome for campers has been put in place, you can spend the night there. 

It is a beautiful family history that continues. Founded in 1967, the Raguenot Vineyards flourished thanks to the pioneering and visionary minds of Lise and Philippe Raguenot. In 1997, their two daughters Emmanuelle and Marie-Pierre associated with their respective husbands, Daren Miller and Eric Lallez, took over the Château des Tourtes vineyard in the name Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux. All four thanks to their experiences and talents, take advantage of wine-growers, after they have been trained in the fields of viticulture and oenology. It is in 1998 that our four musketeers will acquire the vineyard of Château Haut Beyzac in the name Haut-Médoc. Today, the Raguenot vineyards represent over 100 hectares of the Bordeaux vineyard. Turning to wine tourism, a warm welcome is reserved all year round. A large and beautiful tasting room, which can accommodate 70 people, directly overlooks the chai. There is a cosy and intimate lounge where you can begin to indulge in tasting with several gourmet formulas. Two cottages with garden are also available to enjoy a stay in the middle of the vineyards.
