We already knew the Artnoa in Biarritz, and now its young instigator with confirmed talent and intact dynamism has decided to invest in Anglet. In a slightly different way but in the same spirit. On 100 m² of surface area, this shop, which has 60 m² of storage space, sells 250 wine references (150 in Biarritz), with a range of 50 spirits references and around twenty champagnes, and a corner reserved for wine-related accessories? The sommelier, Damien Authier, provides advice and sales here, and more importantly, he is responsible for the planned tastings with winegrowers, but he also participates in the development of restaurant menus, from the wine bar to the brasserie. But what remains, of course, is the welcome of the private individual, a bit like in Biarritz in a warm setting. Here you will find the spirit of a bistro with a selection of wines by the glass, plates to share and nibble on with foie gras, salmon and exceptional cheeses accompanied by the always exceptional bread from the Etxe Goxoan bakery (Ciboure).
