Open 6/7 from 9:30am to 1pm and from 2:30pm to 7:30pm, except Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Open Sunday mornings from 9:30am to 1pm. Tasting workshops - Wine bar - Consulting - Privatization / Events. Customized corporate gift sets. Workshops "1ers pas" 35 €/pers. - "Discovery" 45 €/pers. - "Grand tasting" 55 €/pers.

Owner's Message

"En cave et débouche !" in Bayonne in the Basque Country (64)

is a cellar with nearly 700 references of wines, craft beers and spirits. The selection is based on wines from independent winegrowers who are sensitive to a healthy and responsible approach to winegrowing.

The selection is supported by local delicatessen products from the Basque Country and the Landes.

The cellar proposes privatized thematic evenings, initiation and improvement of wine tasting in a relaxed, human and friendly atmosphere.

First steps", "Discovery" and "Great tasting" workshops from 35€/person. Privatization possible, minimum 6 persons.

The wine bar is open during the summer months (mid-April to August) from 7 pm onwards from Thursday to Saturday. Charcuterie, cheese and bistro-style cuisine accompanied by a changing selection of wines by the glass.

Right of corkage for the bottles.
