TOPA is a 100% natural artisanal raw cider. TOPA expresses "A MEETING" in Basque. Gold Medal for Best Raw Cider at the International Cider Fair in Asturias!

From the mountains to the ocean, from the good moments of conviviality to the beautiful surfing sessions, you will be able to discover all our universe in each bubble of our cider!

TOPA is a pure juice raw cider made from several varieties of apples from the Basque Country rigorously selected (Goikoetxea, Txalaka, Urtebi...).

For each cuvée, we make the blend with our Master cider maker, in order to rediscover our unique taste. We play with the acidity and bitterness of the apples of the Basque Country. Its taste is powerful, fruity, finely sparkling and original.

The fruity and aromatic character of our cider is the result of a slow fermentation at low temperature for more than 4 months, as well as a natural foaming. TOPA is an unpasteurized cider.

TOPA will subtly accompany your aperitifs, fish, white meats, cheeses and desserts.

Palate: balanced, fruity, dry, tannic, thirst-quenching, slightly alcoholic with a hint of acidity and bitterness, fine bubbles
