Read moreDrawing its name from its location "chapel of the small valley", it was placed on a path of access which, from Violay, Montchal, Panissières, allowed to reach the Bolène road on the other side of the Loire. Place of prayer and reception where you could stay three days, the pilgrims were given food for one day walking. Apart from the vault of the nave, two windows side-side and the steeple, this little chapel has preserved, through the centuries, the characteristic of the original Romanesque art of the th century in Forez.
