Spas are installed: large wooden tubs into which you plunge clothed to immerse yourself in sounds (hearing), smells (smell), chromotherapy (sight) and electromagnetic communication (touch), not forgetting the taste with forest berries. Beginners can obtain a Green Card and take part in free introductory lessons every Sunday from 3 to 5 pm. The golf course also has a clubhouse and a pro-shop for perfecting your equipment.

If you wish to discover Abrest and its surroundings, put on your walking shoes and walk along the hiking trail, set up by the association Galatée, between the bridges of Bellerive and Saint Yorre. You will discover the magnificent banks of the Allier and their natural heritage, among other sights. However, be careful, the route is still 22 km long, so it is advisable to be well organized in order not to be too far from your accommodation at nightfall!

Monkey bridges, Nepalese bridges, footbridges and ladders delight both novice and experienced adventurers. The setting is superb, with its Austrian black pines and breathtaking views of Clermont and the Chaîne des Puys. Everything is done to ensure that your visit takes place in the best possible conditions. A perched hut can be rented for the night.

Rides with Alexandre and Sylvain's donkeys are reserved for children aged 3 and over. Adults will accompany them and hold the lead of Fourchette, Jeannot, Zoé and their companions. Along the shores of Lac d'Aydat, there are two family-friendly walks through the forest. The first is a 20-minute tour over 1 kilometer, the second an hour-long walk over 3 kilometers. Bombs are provided at the start. The donkeys are well fed, clean and well harnessed.

On the road leading to the Château de Chazeron, take the first path on the right after the former Manoir Fleuri. In the forest, you'll find three fitness trails, both fun and challenging. Loïc Bertrand, a member of the local council, will be on hand to unveil some curious sculptures. As an alternative to felling trees, he has used his chainsaw to give the stumps the poetic shapes of animals or goblins. today, 40 sculpted works are hidden in the woods.

South of Clermont, this golf course is the latest addition to the Auvergne family. Run with a smile by a friendly team, it features an eighteen-hole compact course, a covered and floodlit driving range, a pro-shop and a restaurant open to all. The fast, technical and pleasant course runs alongside the river Auzon.
