Beginners can try their hand at sensation baptism, while the more adventurous can try their hand at flyboarding. The leisure park has a playground, beach volleyball, badminton, ping-pong, pétanque and paintball courts. Issoire Plage offers birthday parties, seminars and team building, weddings and Koh-Lanta challenges.

The Aubusson lake has been awarded the Blue Flag since 2020 and offers many pleasures: relaxing on the lawns and on the beach, supervised swimming, environmental awareness activities, pétanque, soccer, volleyball, bicycle rental, playgrounds and orienteering courses. Canoe, pedal boat and paddle are available for rent. Nearby, marked trails are accessible all year round. The aquatic centre of the Bassin d'Aurillac combines sport, relaxation and entertainment. Contrary to other lakes, which are the result of volcanic activity, the water of Saint-Eloy-les-Mines has its origin in human activity. In the past, there was a stadium and a fairground here, which were engulfed in a mining collapse. After their closure in 1978, it was decided to embellish the landscape by flooding the galleries. Today, the lake is open for swimming, fishing and pedal boats. On its shore one can relax, picnic, play and do sports.
