TERRAVIVA

Glacier

It is primarily olive oils that attract attention. From Andalusia, Greece, Languedoc or Provence, they are presented in bottles or bidons. Those of Italy, the most numerous, come from Campania, Sicily, Tuscany or Puglia. They have dresses that vary from dark green to gold. Some vinegar are proposed, balsamic or sherry, vinegar in walnuts or vinegar with figs. Mustards, condiments, ceps creams, olives, almonds display small pots alongside spreading, black olives, semi-dried tomatoes, salt flowers, Dead Sea pink salt and various spices. We also discovered the Turns, the infinite recipes and exclusive recipes that eat at the aperitif on bread or toast: artichokes-olive, fennel-saffron, lentils or chickpeas, it is surprising and delicate. And we will not conclude this article without talking about the great choice of truffles: whole white or black truffle purée, truffle purée, summer black truffles, they are presented in 10 grams jars and are one of the finest specialties of the house that can extend its range to cosmetic products, as natural as those to consume.

MUSQUAR

Confectionery

At the Eux chocolate radius we love symphonies with almond paste, tendres ganaches in bergamot or cointreau and orange, douces with sweet spices, emeralds with pistachio and nougats with milk chocolate. In the fruity pastry range you are literally cracking for the Tropik, a sumptuous dessert made of vanilla vanilla and fruits of wood, a mango foam and a mona biscuit. And as the famous house also offers small salty things, so do the right thing and take one of these delicious poultry and morels. To enjoy a race with a yellow wine from the Jura. And die (gently anyway) of pleasure. This is the fetish word of this great craftsman. And by contamination, it becomes ours.

DOMAINE LELIÈVRE

Winery

A family business since 1971. David and Vincent Lelièvre inherited the know-how and professionalism of their father, and how to use it advisedly to produce a wine of good quality. For a few years, the production of wine, ennobled in 1998 by a well-earned AOC, has been more than largely designed upwards. The famous Gris de Toul are added Pinot Noir, white in auxerrois and traditional method and sparkling, very successful. The grape varieties of today (gamay, auxerrois and Pinot Noir) are prepared and controlled by the house of hands of Masters. The wines are charming, fruity and lively and worth features. You can watch them largely grey in Lorraine specialties or aperitif, white on fish and shellfish, or, for a little old red, on duck or game. Who has not enjoy a trout with the traditional menu are Toul does not know what happiness means: fruit and the acidulado of one that leads to the softness of the meat of the other. Terrines, candied also enjoy this contribution of the grey and we strongly recommend them for you. In addition to the delicatessen (the various dishes, local saffron, produced craftsmen and local) company is also arboricolous, with fruit trees, thus offering beautiful fruit juice (apple, grape) of fine spirits and liqueurs (mirabelle of Lorraine). To be consumed in moderation and visit absolutely, believe an enthusiastic lover!
