Brasserie Distillerie Veyrat is the union of two enthusiasts: Manu, who makes his beers with organic hops and barley grown on the Marcellaz-Albanais farm, and Aline, a sportswoman with a passion for the mountains. Bruno Bozzer is a wine merchant with a passion for flacons. With a superb vineyard facing Mount Granier, Domaine des Barns Germania benefits from an exceptional land of 3,5 ha for the best expression of jacquère, gamay and Pinot vines. The abymes, in white, are a delicate freshness that perfectly accompanies the seafood or the most typical Savoyard fondue. The rosé of Savoy comes from a rotting grape, which removes aromas of well-marked red fruits. It is a nice wine for the fine days around the barbecue. Les caves de Seyssel, founded in 1930, was taken over in 2022 by Bugey winemakers Régis and Karine Bernard. This estate preserves the heritage of Royal Seyssel and, more broadly, of Seyssel wines. Royal Seyssel is a sparkling wine produced and vinified according to the traditional method - 3 years of ageing for the mousse to set. These wines are renowned for their violet and iris aromas.
