Bruno Bozzer is a wine merchant with a passion for flacons. A sommelier from an early age, he started out in the restaurant business, then worked with top chefs (with Guy Martin, then 10 years with Marc Veyrat), before opening La Java des Flacons, a synthesis of all his experiences. His tasting cellar stands out thanks to a vintage Citroën van. It's a sympathetic plunge into an era whose atmosphere Bruno has preserved, while offering contemporary services. An informed selection of great vintages and small, affordable wines, with some 2,500 bottles to suit all tastes. Fridays and Saturdays, informal tastings and pleasures to share.
