It has a good reputation among beer lovers! At Lionel Alphand's Brasserie, delicious beers made on site without additives or artificial coloring "à la fleur des Alpes": blond, white, amber, stout (and coffee stout), seasonal beers (like the Christmas beer), the Abbaye, the original Hibiscus and the 3 Pistes served only on draught. Drink on the terrace or in the large room with its wooden tables and benches, with a gourmet plate or a mountain specialty. Alpen-Cola and homemade lemonade with local spring water.
