The name of Void would have Celtic origins and would mean: sacred clearing. At the gates of Broceliande, this city would have been a druidic settlement, which gives it this mysterious aura. In turn a garrison town under the old regime and the centre of a canton, it only took the name of Néant-sur-Yvel in 1947. The Greenway borders Néant-sur-Yvel: it can be reached via the villages of Kermagaro or Noë-Vermand. By car, extend your excursion to the charming village of Bois-de-la-Roche.
