Locoal-Mendon is a municipality bordered on the west by the Ria, dotted with islands and islets and spread out in countless arms of the sea. This is how we discover 40 km of coastline sheltering a fauna rich in sea birds. Here, the landscapes are both rural and maritime: it's the countryside by the sea! Nowadays, Locoal-Mendon is known thanks to the bagad Ronsed-Mor (traditional musical group several times champion of Brittany). In terms of heritage, you can discover many megaliths (dolmens, menhirs or lec'hs) but also the church of Mendon and its porch, as well as the fountains and the calvaries, representative of the 15th and 16th centuries in Brittany.
