The creations of master pastry chef-chocolatier Laurent Le Daniel (MOF in pastry-making) can be enjoyed in the tearoom or at home. The Heart of Brittany is one of the house's best-sellers, a typically Breton cake with salted butter caramel, chocolate and a crunchy hazelnut cookie. We also confess to an addiction to caramel spread on crêpes - it's divine! On the catering side, brochettes, petits fours, mini-sandwiches, rustic canapés and pyramids of macaroons are a delight at all our events.

Since 1987, Durand Chocolatier has been making numbered chocolates with unchanging recipes that are secretly kept. In its Empire style attire and cocoa decor, the shop is not lacking in style! The first thing you'll notice is the 41 little squares placed behind the counter. All of them compete in quality and finesse, such as the "Compagnie des Indes" (n° 35) whose woody spice alliance is striking. The n° 36, with seaweed, is the most oceanic of all. We also discover the famous cake inspired by the Breton poisoner Hélène Jégado.

Julien and Céline have also built their reputation on their range of breads and viennoiseries with Breton and international accents. Try the cuttlefish ink bread or the Bigouden bread, a real Proust's madeleine for Finistériens. Take a trip across the Channel with chiffon cake or Irish bread. A return to his roots for the artisan, and yet another opportunity for us to come and taste his creations. The chocolate boxes offer a palette of old-fashioned pralines and subtle ganaches. More than just a neighborhood bakery, Au Four et Au Moulin is the fruit of the labor of taste artisans! Quentin and Thomas Daniel have developed a delicious range of natural sourdough breads and brioches du monde. The bakery grows its ancient wheat in partnership with local farmers. It also has its own mill, used to make certain breads. It works with local suppliers (milk from Le Fail farm in Parcé, Bertho flour mill in Guéhenno) and uses Bresse PDO butter. The pastries follow the seasons, like the strawberry-rhubarb pavlova, a summer treat. And if there's one thing you don't want to miss at Christmas, it's their panettone!

After 12 years on rue de Nantes, Antoinette and Christophe have opened a bakery with a pretty yellow shopfront just a stone's throw from the Opéra. Here, a range of breads made with organic flour from Bain-de-Bretagne and Corps-Nuds: petit épeautre, pain de campagne, pain au seigle... Thanks to pure sourdough, slow fermentation and hand kneading, they keep longer and are easier to digest. Christophe can be seen kneading the bread behind the window. We tried Jeanne's bread (cranberry, raisin, apricot, hazelnut, honey sourdough, linseed) with goat's cheese. We also come for the delicious kouign-amann with AOP semi-salted butter. A real treat!
