At 4.30pm, in the Hôtel Dieu district, it's no longer just snack time! The pastry and Viennese pastry shop on rue Hoche now has its twin just a few blocks away. Here, you can enjoy a range of sourdough breads made by baker François Bonno: Kurukasha with buckwheat, Roule Marcel with seeds, Brasseur rich in fiber and seeds, Ty fauve with small spelt... The team also works with sourdough from the Origines microbrewery just around the corner. All breads are sold unwrapped. Of course, it's always possible to sample the sweet treats that have made them such a success, available in both boutiques.
