Yvan Chevalier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier-confiseur since 2019, has set up shop in the Breton capital in 2021. A return to his roots for the artisan, and yet another opportunity for us to come and taste his creations. The chocolate boxes offer a palette of old-fashioned pralines and subtle ganaches, such as the royal duo (milk, dark and blond) for Valentine's Day. We end with a divinely balanced pastry: entremet suprêmes agrumes, kumquat: light, subtle and balanced. Orders can be placed directly online!
