The historical territory of this commune is made up of three ancient domains: to the north, the ancient Cistercian abbey, to the west, Les Ormes, former summer residence of the bishops of Dol and finally to the east, the manor of La Higourdais. Rebuilt at the beginning of the century, its church presents in its interior a 17th century altarpiece and a curious painted wooden bas-relief representing the death of the Virgin. On the road to Saint-Léonard, you can see the ruins of the 12th century abbey of the Vieux-Ville. Finally, the Château des Ormes was used as a secondary residence by the bishops of Dol from the 16th to the 18th centuries. It is now a golf course.
