Perhaps the most remarkable thing about Widensolen is its cave dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes. It is located at the edge of the Kastenwald forest and near a spring dedicated to Saint Germain de Moutier-Granval, whose waters could cure skin diseases. In 1958, the priest Georges Ehrhard fitted it out to replace a small house whose walls were covered with ex-votos but destroyed during the war.
