At an altitude of 169 m, this small village of 120 inhabitants enjoys a particularly pleasant environment, at the foot of the Albera mountains. In the village there are some houses from the 17th and 19th centuries, dominated by its "castell". But above all, it is a good starting point for hiking in the Albera Natural Park, where you can meet deer, badgers, foxes and wild boars, and even specimens of the Albera tortoise. And discover a 3-meter high menhir "Pedra Dreta", a megalithic monument dating back to approximately 3,000 years BC. Legend has it that you can hear the sea.
