With fewer than 130 residents, Preydana would be an invisible spot on the road if it weren't for several places that delight passing tourists and hikers. The Pub and Bed & Breakfast Pub in the Paddock, or St. Columba Falls Hotel, which is known for its beer-drinking pig, dates from 1880. It is the oldest surviving building in this area, which was settled in 1875 and developed through tin mining.
